Sometimes they use the papers or licenses of average non English speaking Panamanians, promising a part of the profits they make. Often they never pay up. You have no rights! How are you going to fight someone that for the authorities doesn't exist? If an agent took your check for honest money or escrow and cashed it, what are you going to do about it? If this agent sold a house twice ot even three times, how you are going to get your rights? What if the beautiful home stands on polluted land or will have to go for that new road?
